#100HappyDays Continued – Days 237 – 243
Another week of happy photos for your viewing pleasure.
I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed each moment.
Day 237 – February 28, 2015: We went to the museum today. Dinosaurs are fun!
Day 238 – March 1, 2015: Yummy cupcakes! (Not made by us, rather made by a local cupcake bakery.)
Day 239 – March 2, 2015: Today we experienced a howling winter wind storm that made me hide from the world and left me searching for happy moment from the warmth of my own home. And I stumbled upon it when I noticed a cluster of magnets on our fridge. I bought them years ago, and they have managed to travel with us through multiple cities and multiple homes.
Day 240 – March 3, 2015: Today a dear friend brought me to tears with the most thoughtful and kind gift I have ever received.
Day 241 – March 4, 2015: Mr. MPB has had a few really rough days. So, my happy moment today was trying to cheer him up with some new Star Wars Lego. He happily built his new AT-AT, and seeing him relax made me happy.
Day 242 – March 5, 2015: Today’s happy moment once again comes from our kitchen. Lately our go-to meal when we are busy is fish tacos. We bake up some cod or snapper, slice up a bunch of fresh veggies, add some hot sauce and throw everything into wraps. We can have a full meal prepared and devoured in less then 40 minutes, with the majority of that being the time required to bake the fish. Tonight’s vegetable medley included mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet red peppers, cucumber and leeks.
Day 243 – March 6, 2015: We tried a new sushi restaurant tonight. It is now my favourite.
Wishing everyone splendid happy moments!

That necklace is beautiful. 5 rings for 5 precious ones I am guessing. So sweet. What a happy week!

You are right, 5 rings, for 5 precious ones. Something I can wear and have with me, but not something that identifies our lost ones to everyone else. Exactly what I wanted – subtle and special to me. 🙂

That sounds perfect. I have a ring that is engraved…purchased after we lost Adam Gabriel…and I want to put 3 slashes or Xes or something on the inside to represent the other 3. 🙂 I wear it everyday with my wedding rings.

That is a super thoughtful gift, with so much meaning. I’m glad you have such wonderful friends. Those fish tacos sound great, and I LOVE sushi! I think it’s awesome that you helped Mr. MPB to find some zen through Lego!

You are right, I am so fortunate to have such wonderful friends in my life – yourself included!!
I think giving up sushi might be one of the biggest drawbacks of being pregnant! I hope you cannot have any more about another 8 months!! 🙂

I joke that men give their wives flowers after a bad day, I give Mr. MPB lego. Lego always makes him happy. It sounds like Mr. MPB and you hubby could be friends. 🙂
