My Birthday Present
Mr. MPB (and Baby MPB) gave me the most perfect and beautiful birthday gift I could ever have imagined. I am absolutely certain I will treasure it for the rest of my life.
My right ring finger will now always be encircled with 5 dark blue stones surrounded by the glimmer of shining diamonds.
P.S. It’s really hard to take a good photo that relies on an infant’s fingers being still.

What a stunning and thoughtful tribute to your five, beautiful, bio babies. I absolutely love it. I am making assumptions so hopefully I am not out of line on the meaning. And, that baby hand!!!!! I can’t get over how adorable it is!!!!!!
