#100HappyDays Continued – Days 328 – 334
Every now and again I look back at all the photos I have taken and I am in awe. It is amazing that I have gone 334 consecutive days taking a photo. And it is even more amazing that I have managed to find something happy every single day. If nothing else this project has opened my eyes to the simple pleasures in life that I have taken granted for years.
Anyways, without further delay, here is another week of photos for your viewing pleasure.
Day 328 – May 30, 2015: We spent the day with family that we adore. The happiest moment of the day was a ride on the Ferris Wheel with my little nephew. I love that little guy!
Day 329 – May 31, 2015: We spent most of the day in the yard. As I mowed around our lilac bushes I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful the flower’s are.
Day 330 – June 1, 2015: This evening I went with Mr. MPB as he needed to a do something quick for work. While he worked, I found myself content as I played with my camera in an urban setting.
Day 331 – June 2, 2015: The fun part of our basement flood has begun – putting everything back together! Tonight we selected carpet and paint.
Day 332 – June 3, 2015: Oh what a day! As I poured myself a glass of wine I noticing this vintage martini shaker on our shelf. I found myself reminiscing about a recent day of antique browsing/shopping and I couldn’t help but smile.
Day 333 – June 4, 2015: My happy moment today was simple. As I drove I enjoyed watching the sky transform before my eyes as a lightning storm was brewing in the distance.
Day 334 – June 5, 2015: In my attempt to photograph a beaver, tonight we went for a walk just before dusk. We had a great time and managed to see plenty of ducks, a few deer and an entire beaver family! We watched the whole family swim around, an adult beaver strip a branch down to the bark and we even saw two babies clean each other. It was a beautiful evening.
Wishing everyone splendid happy moments!

Funny thing about the beaver photo – I already had another happy photo taken earlier in the day, so I actually gave Mr. MPB the camera so he could play with the new lens on our walk, on the condition that I would get it back if we saw the beaver. I think he took about 4 photos before we saw the beaver! He was a good sport about it though. 🙂

Awe, thanks! I guess that’s what happens when a person takes at least one photo a day for a year. Most days I actually take 10-20 photos, and some days I take way more!

Hey! No food this week. 🙂

Mr. MPB pointed that out too! I’ve started to realize at weeks where there is no food seems to be a sign that we are too busy and making dinner is too rushed be enjoyed and happy. I guess I should try to slow down bit next week 🙂

I accidentally unfollow people on my cell phone all the time – I’m not sure how, but it happens. 🙂

I think the beaver is my favourite from the week. 🙂
The basement living room has no windows and it was a dark olive colour so it felt small and dark all the time. So, we went with a really, really light yellow to try to brighten it up.

Thank you so much! I love that martini shaker too. And the beaver, I think he/she is my favourite of the week, simply because I’ve really wanted to find one since we spotted the beaver den on our bike ride a few months ago.
