#100HappyDays Continued – Days 286 – 292
Another week of photos for your viewing pleasure.
I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed each moment.
Day 286 – April 18, 2015: After 2 weekends of work, today we finished our garage. We built some more shelving, we organized, we purged, and we cleaned. I love completing a task and I love organization, so this absolutely made me happy!
Day 287 – April 19, 2015: Today this classic grilled cheese sandwich was the perfect lunch and a yummy happy moment.
Day 288 – April 20, 2015: Tonight I made turkey burgers – ground turkey, scallions, garlic, oregano, bread crumbs, and a touch of Worchester sauce. Another yummy happy moment!
Day 289 – April 21, 2015: On our way to an appointment on the other side of the city Mr. MPB and I had lunch at our favourite pub from our university days. It’s always nice to reminisce about the “good ol’ days”.
Day 290 – April 22, 2015: Today as I walked Sadie, I noticed all kinds of little flowers throughout the neighbourhood. I love flowers! And the early signs of spring always make me smile.
Day 291 – April 23, 2015: We hit the tennis court tonight! I am not very good, but we sure had fun!
Day 292 – April 24, 2015: Friday night red wine? Yes please!
Wishing everyone splendid happy moments!

I could use some of your organization skills!! Love the pix:)

Haha! I love most things super organized. Which is easy in a kid free house, so I suspect I may have to learn to compromise on some of this in the future. 🙂

What kind of cheese do you use on your grilled cheese? I’m starving, and this post sure didn’t help me at all lol!!!

Plain old Cheddar cheese – nothing special. Although I have used brie before and it’s delectable.
I just love a good old grilled cheese sandwich every now and again, I say go enjoy one. 🙂

Me too!! I use American cheese usually though. I’ve made it with Provolone or Cheddar before. I just love to see what other people make it with…some people are really inventive!! We’re going to a Japanese Steakhouse in a little while, I don’t want to ruin my appetite for that!

Steakhouse sounds way better then grilled cheese – I’d totally hold out for that!!
Honestly, I used to love grilled cheese sandwiches, now I rarely have them. They were my only food of choice during one of our pregnancies and now I just kind of avoid them because of the memories. That said, I did really enjoy that one, so maybe I’ll be more able to eat them in the future.

It’s an easy, fast lunch fix! I like mine with some sort of chips though, for the crunch. (Not on the sandwich, but next to it!)

Both were delicious!! And we seriously ended up eating grilled cheese last night and I took our ground turkey from the freezer for tonight. I feel like I could just recycle last week’s photos for this week….

We spent all weekend cleaning out our closets and garage, with some help from my parents. It’s ridiculous how much stuff two people accumulate! Also, now I am hungry – that burger and grilled cheese look sooo good!!

Isn’t it nice to clean out stuff?? I too am always stunned at how much stuff two people can accumulate!
We totally had grilled cheese again last night and I am planning burgers again for tonight – the pictures made me hungry. 🙂

I already had turkey burgers on the menu for this week. I may have to try your recipe to change it up. Sometimes I cook mine in a muffin tin and make a mini-meatloaf so I don’t have the extra calories from the bun. Now I’m excited for turkey burger/meatloaf night!

I will often eat my burgers without a bun too. 🙂
